About the owner

Hello, my name is Jayme Kortman. I have been in the real estate appraisal field since 1991. I have been appraising real estate in the Atlanta area for approximately 10 years, 7 of which have been under my own appraisal company. I am a certified residential appraiser and I am knowledgeable in single family, multi family, acreage, investment and FHA appraisals. I have been on the FHA roster since 1997 and have 14 hours of FNMA guideline education. Before opening my own appraisal business in 2000, I was employed by a major lender in the state of Florida as a staff appraiser where I received additional valuable information in loan consultation and wholesale appraisal review. I currently live in Loganville with my husband of 17 years and our 4 children ages 15, 12, 11 and 3. I look forward to working with you and hope to talk to you soon.
